RICE DAO brings together a PE fund veteran as CEO, the former deputy president of Cybozu, a top agricultural creator, professionals from Japan's Ministry of Agriculture and Mitsubishi Corporation, and certified rice taste appraisers. Working with regional banks and local government, we continue farmland consolidation and have expanded to 119 hectares under management. By assessing quality and communicating producer value clearly, we create a pull that attracts both people and farmland.
