Rice, the foundation of this nation, built our culture and communities. When we began visiting farmers two years ago, the stories we heard were filled with a sense of stagnation. Even with wisdom, skill, and tireless effort, rice farming was no longer profitable— and it had become an industry many chose to avoid.
Yet, rice cultivation has only a future ahead. Talking with our team and the farmers around us, we are convinced of it. Infrastructure development, farm consolidation, labor efficiency, and export expansion are steadily advancing. Profitable rice farming is just within reach. A future where rice cultivation supports global food security and becomes a thriving, desirable industry for all— it is almost here.
